Updates and Upgrades
Once a Single User Licence or Multi User Licence has been purchased, all future Software Solution updates and upgrades are available free of charge.
Credit Card Payments
You may purchase a Licence for our Software Solutions online using your Credit Card. All payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are paying in a foreign currency, your Bank or Credit Card Provider may charge additional fees. We accept both MasterCard and VISA Credit Cards. Note: We are unable to accept American Express, Diners Card, or JCB Credit Cards. |
Online Security
Your Credit Card payment is processed via the SecurePay Credit Card Payment Gateway, SecurePay. Midori Media does not capture, process, or store any of your Credit Card details. The Midori Media website Order Page is protected by SSL security (HTTPS) for your protection. |
Alternative Payment Methods
If you do not have a MasterCard or VISA Credit Card, or if you do not wish to use your Credit Card online, please contact Midori Media via email to arrange an alternative payment method. Please advise the Software Solution Licences you wish to purchase.

Refund Policy
In order to install and use our Software Solutions, you must agree to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
If you have purchased a Licence but do not agree to the EULA, please contact Midori Media to arrange a refund.
Please note we can only refund to the Credit Card used to purchase the Licence.
If the Software Solution fails to perform as documented, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to inform Midori Media of such failure via email.
Midori Media shall, at its option:
1. Replace the Software Solution with a Software Solution which conforms to the documentation; or
2. Correct the error; or
3. Refund the Licence Fee. If the Licence Fee is refunded, you shall delete the Software Solution and all copies.
Midori Media shall have no responsibility if the Software Solution has been altered in any way, or if the failure arises out of use of the Software Solution with other than a recommended hardware configuration.
